NADRA offices across Balochistan shut down

Contractual employees of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) across Balochistan went on a strike on Wednesday, demanding the authorities to regularise their services.

This sudden halt in NADRA operations has badly affected various national as well as provincial projects that were being handled by its employees. Employees Welfare Association members and other employees shut down NADRA offices across the province to register their protest. “We have stopped the routine work across Balochistan and the offices are locked,” a statement issued by the NADRA Employees Welfare Association read.
